  • When an account is suspended, this means your activity triggered our anti-fraud measures. Please complete the form and select option “C” to appeal this!

  • Before you reach out, please make sure everything here is true:

    • You fully completed the challenge

      • Pay special attention to wording like “reach level 10 vs. complete level 10”!

    • You are within the timeframe listed at the top of the “Cosmo’s Challenges” section

    If both of these are true, complete the form and select option “A”.

  • When a gift card is rejected, this means that something in your activity may have been suspicious. Please complete the form and select option “D” to reach out!

  • Stardust has a 90 day expiration date. If Cosmic is not used at all for 90 consecutive days, Stardust is removed from your account.
