Pay special attention to wording like “reach level 10 vs. complete level 10”!
You are within the timeframe listed at the top of the “Cosmo’s Challenges” section
If both of these are true, complete the form and select option “A”.

When a gift card is rejected, this means that something in your activity may have been suspicious. Please complete the form and select option “D” to reach out!

Stardust has a 90 day expiration date. If Cosmic is not used at all for 90 consecutive days, Stardust is removed from your account.
