Yes! We have an in-app tutorial explaining all of the basic features of the app including how to navigate the interface, how to earn Stardust, and how to redeem Stardust for rewards.

The tutorial is available by default the first time you open the app. If you need a refresher, select the three lines in the upper left section of the home page, then select Tutorial.

You can earn Stardust in many different ways through Cosmic Rewards. It all starts with downloading and using new games and apps through Cosmic!

You can earn as much Stardust as you want by playing games and completing challenges! There is no limit to the overall amount of Stardust that you can earn.

After $550 is earned in a calendar year, we are required to send out tax forms per IRS regulations.

Cosmic Rewards can reward you for playtime rewards for apps that you may have downloaded before, but it’s not going to be the fastest way to earn.

Download new apps and games to earn the highest rewards and be eligible for big payouts with Cosmo’s Challenges!

It depends! Each app has different challenges with Stardust for completing them. Complete challenges with high Stardust rewards and you’ll get a gift card faster!

In general, most people earn enough Stardust for a reward within their first week of using the app.

Cosmo’s Challenges are a great way to earn huge Stardust bonuses fast. These are events in each of Cosmic’s a apps that you can complete to earn Stardust. These events can include beating certain levels in a game or making purchases in an app. Make sure to check them out!

After you download an app, we’ll verify that you’re a new user. If you are, you’ll unlock Cosmo’s Challenges and see them on the bottom of the page of the game!

When you download an app through Cosmic Rewards, we send that data to our partner app. From there, they let us know if you successfully downloaded it through Cosmic or from somewhere else. There are a number of reasons why an install could not be verified. Here are a few:

• You have downloaded this app before and are not a new user

• You did not download the app through Cosmic and downloaded it directly through the Play Store

• You clicked on ads for this app or clicked on a different link for this app somewhere else

If the install goal has not checked off after 10 minutes, this means that we received data that you didn’t download it through Cosmic. Unfortunately, you’re not eligible to earn Stardust through Cosmo’s Challenges for this app.

It depends! Each reward may have a different Stardust amount required for redemption depending on the company. Check the “Rewards” tab to look at your options.

Yes! As long as you have enough Stardust for the reward you want, you can redeem your reward whenever you like.

Cosmic Rewards has 50+ different gift cards available to redeem from for many popular brands. Take a look at the “Rewards” tab for more specific information!

There are no current cash equivalent options available.

It’s easy! From the “Rewards” tab, select the gift card that you’d like. Then click “Redeem”! From there, all you have to do is verify your phone number.

When your account is deleted, all of your data is permanently deleted. This includes all of your Stardust and any pending redemptions. Please keep this in mind before you do this!

If you’ve earned over $550, IRS regulations require us to send out a tax form. Once we receive this, you’ll be eligible for future payouts. This is only used to comply with IRS regulations.
